Here are some common problems and their solution..


I am having trouble logging in.

This site uses Session cookies, if you have cookies completely disabled, you won't be able to log in here. Most browsers will allow session cookies, but will block others types. Session cookies are required for many websites, including facebook, myspace, and others.

I tried to pay for my membership, and got an error code 97

This can happen if you took too long to click the "Click here for the secure payment form" button, or if something has happened to the clock on our server. If the problem persists, please email the webmaster by clicking here

I paid for my membership, but it is not active

I paid for my membership, but it is not active: This can happen if you did not click the "Click here to activate your membership, and return to the Fan Club site" link after you made your payment. to resolve this, please email the webmaster, and include the order number from your recipt. If you didn't print your recipt, you will need to send your name and address, so we can verify your payment.

I forgot my password / My password isn't working / I forgot my username

This is a completely new website for the fanclub, while we were able to transfer the fan club membership, including usernames from the Peternoone.com website, we were not, for security reasons, able to transfer the passwords. If you have never logged in here on the new fan club website, click the forgot password link, from there you can enter either your username from peternoone.com or your email address, we will look it up in the database, and email you a link to reset your password. In the event you don't know your username, or have changed email addresses since you joined Peternoone.com you will need to contact us to verify your indentity and we will manually reset your password for you.

I need to update my Email / Address / Password / Etc.

You can update your information by clicking the "My Account" button after you log in.

Stop Spamming me! / We have multiple members on one email address, and only need to receive emails once.

Rest assured, we hate spam as much as you do, and only send notices about news events we think you would be interested in. However, if you don't want to receive emails except to let you know your membership is due to expire, you can uncheck the "Reveice Emails" box on the "My Account" Page. If this box is unchecked, we won't send you ANY emails unless your account is about to expire.

We only need one newsletter, since there are several members in the same household

No problem, log into your account, and visit the "My Account" page, uncheck to the "Receive newsletter" box, and we will stop mailing newsletters to that account.

I didn't get my newsletter

There are a couple reasons this could happen. First, log in, and check your "My Account" page, make sure the "No Newsletter" box isn't checked. If it is, uncheck it. If it's not, First verify your address is correct, then look in the news page to see when newsletters were mailed, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery in the US, and possibly longer over seas. If enough time has passed, find the newsletter contact on the "Contact Us" page, to let us know. From personal expierence, we know the post office very rarely looses newsletters, but we do sometimes get them returned as undeliverable, even when you had the correct address keyed in.
